Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Social media marketing: You develop and manage social media activities on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Content creation: You create inspiring content – from videos and photos to graphics and texts – and coordinate external content creators.
• Community management: You look after our online community and interact authentically with our followers.
• Website and data maintenance: You support us in updating our website and the tourism database ‘mein.toubiz’.
• Campaigns: You support the development and implementation of creative campaigns that inspire people.
• Digital innovation projects: You contribute your ideas to innovative, future-oriented digital projects.
• Newsletter: You design and implement exciting end customer newsletters that whet the appetite for Baden-Baden.

What we are looking for

• Degree: Degree in digital media, tourism, marketing or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have relevant professional experience in online marketing.
• Experience in digital marketing: You already have practical experience in social media, content creation and using relevant tools
• Creative team player: You enjoy working in a creative team and contribute your own ideas.
• Strong language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English – You can formulate clearly and appropriately for your target group. You know that AI writes good texts, but yours are even better. ;)
• An eye for trends: You are familiar with current developments and trends in digital marketing, especially in social media, and know how to use them for the brand.
• Technical know-how: Basic knowledge of Typo3 or another CMS and SEO tools is an advantage.
• Data and analysis skills: You are not afraid to work with data and understand the basics of performance analysis to optimise measures.
