1. Authorised users and rights of use

(1) We authorise journalists, media, tour operators and travel agencies as well as partners from Baden-Baden to use the content offered in the press area free of charge for their editorial reporting under the following conditions. Use by image and book publishers, image portals and platform providers is excluded. Image use for large areas and merchandising products is also excluded. A separate agreement is required for this.

(2) Only the use of content to promote tourism in and to Baden-Baden is permitted. If the actual use of images or films deviates from this, the licence granted shall lapse.

(3) In this respect, Baden-Baden Kur & Tourismus GmbH grants you a simple, non-transferable, spatially unlimited right of use. In this case, non-transferable means that the image must be intended either for your own use or for your direct employer, direct client or direct customer who is the end user of the image. You may not sell, lend, sub-licence or otherwise transfer the Image or the right to use this Image to anyone.

(4) The right of use is granted for the duration of the communication measure. After its termination, the content and all copies thereof must be deleted.

(5) The content may be reproduced, distributed and publicly reproduced for the purpose of promoting tourism in and to Baden-Baden.

(6) The editing of the content is not permitted, with the exception of reduction or enlargement as well as technical processing for the purpose of optimised presentation in the respective medium.

2 Naming and citing sources

(1) The author's name (author) and source reference (copyright) must be mentioned and recognisably displayed with every publication of the content. Please name the image source / author close to the image in every medium. The copyright notice must be given as follows: © Image source, photographer (e.g. © Baden-Baden Kur & Tourismus GmbH, Northabroad)

(2) The details and information in the IPTC fields of the respective content may not be changed when storing, archiving or reproducing the content.

A copy of the print publication and / or the link to the online publications in which images / films of Baden-Baden Kur & Tourismus GmbH were published.

3. topicality

Baden-Baden Kur & Tourismus GmbH assumes no liability for the topicality of the content; this is to be checked by the user himself, also for the duration of the use of the content.

4. exemption from liability for unauthorised use

If you use the content outside the authorisation of these terms of use, you hereby indemnify Baden-Baden Kur & Tourismus GmbH against all third-party claims upon first request, including the necessary legal costs.
